For quotation, partner, or service requests, we may also process device data, serial number, purchase date, proof of purchase, photos, videos, and technical information. Customer, invoicing, warranty, and service data are retained as long as necessary for the agreement, legal retention obligations, and the establishment or defense of rights. Rejected partner applications are retained for a maximum of two years. Technical attachments are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.
