Added Value for Your Customers
As a CORVAI Partner, you don't just sell professional equipment. You can also offer your customers practical device guidance included with the purchase of a CORVAI device.
During this guidance, they learn about the operation, functions, and settings of their device. They also receive explanations on correct use, cleaning, and daily maintenance.
The guidance is organized by CORVAI individually or in small groups. From June 2027, it will take place at the CORVAI House in Damme. Until the opening, it will be at a temporary location and strictly by appointment.
Your Customer Remains Your Customer
Customers or students referred by an approved CORVAI Partner for a demonstration or device guidance remain commercially linked to that partner.
This applies to wholesalers, distributors, and headspa educators. Any quotation, order, or purchase proceeds through the partner who referred the customer or student.
CORVAI provides the demonstration, device knowledge, and technical support and does not use this contact to sell directly to the referred customer or student.
Device Knowledge Without Taking Over Your Activities
CORVAI offers specialized device knowledge and practical guidance on the use of its devices.
This guidance is not a general vocational training and does not replace hairdressing, beauty, or headspa training. CORVAI does not teach complete treatment methods and does not issue professional qualifications or training certificates.
Wholesalers and distributors maintain their commercial relationship with their customers. Headspa educators retain their own expertise, training, treatment methods, and students.
CORVAI Care for Partners
Even after the sale, CORVAI remains available for support regarding the devices. Through CORVAI Care, approved partners can count on practical and technical support, clear follow-up of technical questions, warranty processing according to applicable conditions, and access to available parts.
If a warranty repair takes a longer time, a temporary replacement device can be considered for approved CORVAI Partners. This depends on availability, the device involved, and the applicable conditions.

Not Every Partner Works the Same Way
Therefore, we review each application individually. We consider your current activities, professional target audience, region, experience with professional equipment, chosen product lines, and the desired form of collaboration.
The commercial terms, sales opportunities, and any agreements regarding demonstration devices or regions will be discussed personally.
Submitting an application does not automatically lead to the approval of a partnership.
